1. Who publishes this site

maui-helicopter.tours is published by the publisher of this site (referred to below as "we" or "the publisher"), an independent online publisher reachable at web@maui-helicopter.tours. We are not affiliated with any helicopter operator, with the Kahului Heliport, with any government body or with GetYourGuide beyond the affiliate relationship described in section 4.

2. What the site provides

The site provides general travel information about helicopter tours on Maui: route descriptions, price comparisons, summaries of operators' published rules, and editorial reviews. It is offered for information only. Nothing on the site is a booking, a quote, a guarantee of availability, weather, scenery or safety, or professional advice of any kind.

3. What the site does not do

We do not sell tours, accept payments, hold reservations or act as anyone's agent. Any flight you book is a contract between you and the company you pay, on that company's terms, which you should read before paying. Weight, age, health and clothing rules are set and enforced by the operator, not by us.

4. Affiliate links and prices

Links marked as partner links, and buttons such as "Check dates", lead to GetYourGuide. If you book after following one, GetYourGuide may pay us a commission; your price is not affected. Partner prices on the site are drawn from GetYourGuide's feed and shown in US dollars per person as listed; operators' direct prices are quoted from their own websites on the day we checked. Both change without notice. The price that binds is the one shown at checkout by the company taking your payment. The effective date of these terms is the "updated" date shown on this page; the price stamp at the foot of each page shows when partner prices were last refreshed.

5. Accuracy and updates

We take reasonable care to verify facts against official sources and we correct errors when we can confirm them, but we cannot guarantee that every figure is current at the moment you read it. Each page shows the date it was last updated. Where we could not verify a claim, the page says so. If you find an error, write to web@maui-helicopter.tours.

6. Reviews and opinions

Reviews of operators, platforms and publishers are the publisher's editorial opinion, based on the companies' own published material and the information available to us at the time of writing. They are not endorsements, certifications or safety assessments, and no company reviewed has paid for or approved its review.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the site or reliance on its contents, including but not limited to booking decisions, travel arrangements, canceled or altered flights, and charges applied by an operator or platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Copyright and permitted use

Text, tables and the arrangement of the site are the publisher's copyright. Photographs are used under the licenses listed on the photo credits page and remain the property of their authors. You may read, print and link to pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy substantial parts of the site, scrape it, republish it or present it as your own without written permission. Operator and platform names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

9. External links

The site links to operators, government bodies and GetYourGuide. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time by publishing a new version on this page with a new "updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the publisher's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute is subject to the courts of that place unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to another forum.
