web@maui-helicopter.tours is the only channel. There is no phone line, no booking desk and no office you can visit. We read every message and normally answer within a few working days, Hawaii time, but we cannot promise a response time and we do not answer on someone else's behalf.

What we can help with

• Corrections. A price, weight rule, minimum age, route or cancellation term on this site no longer matches the official page. Send the page address on our site and a link to the source; we verify and correct.
• Missing information. A question about Maui helicopter tours that our pages do not answer, or answer badly. If it is useful to more than one reader we will add it.
• Photo credits and licensing. Anything about an image on this site, including a request to correct an attribution or remove a photo. See photo credits.
• Press and publishers. Questions about how the guide is researched and funded; see the about page first.
• Operators. If you run a helicopter company on Maui and a fact on your review is out of date, write with a link to the page on your own site that shows the current rule. We update from official pages, not from press releases, and we do not accept payment for changes.

What we cannot help with

• Your reservation. We do not sell, hold, change or cancel bookings and we never see your payment details. A booking made through a "Check dates" link is a contract between you and GetYourGuide; use the "Manage booking" area of your GetYourGuide account or its customer service. A booking made directly with an operator is between you and that operator: Air Maui, Blue Hawaiian, Maverick and Pacific Helicopter Tours each publish a phone number on their own websites.
• Weather cancellations on the day. The operator's desk decides and the operator rebooks or refunds. Call the number on your voucher.
• Weight and seating questions about a specific flight. We explain the published rules on the weight-restrictions page; only the operator's scale at check-in gives a final answer.
• Lost property, gift certificates, group rates. All operator matters.

Security and privacy notes

Do not send passport numbers, card numbers or booking references by email; we do not need them and will delete any we receive. What we do with your email address is described in our privacy notice, and the rules under which the site is published are in the terms of use.

Postal address

We are an online publisher and do not publish a street address. Legal notices may be sent to the email address above; we will confirm receipt.
